please see the system administrator.

[발생원인]
- 로그인 실패 누적치가 설정해둔 임계치값을 초과했을 경우

[해결방법]
 chsec -f /etc/security/lastlog -a "unsuccessful_login_count=0" -s 계정명

[임계치 확인]
/etc/security/user 파일의 loginretries = 3

[계정별 로그인 실패 횟수 확인]
/etc/security/lastlog 파일의 unsuccessful_login_count = 5
